Welcome to EBH.club and the George’s Diaries Membership. By purchasing, accessing, or using this Membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms are designed to provide clarity, protect both parties, and set clear expectations.

By purchasing or enrolling in the George’s Diaries Membership (the “Membership”), you (“Member”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Membership.

George’s Diaries is a private membership blog providing personal writings, reflections, stories, insights, and related content (collectively, the “Content”).

This Membership is intended for informational, entertainment, and personal interest purposes only.

The Content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

No specific results, outcomes, or personal benefits are guaranteed from participation.

3. Membership Access & Responsibilities
Access is granted only after successful payment and approval.
Your Membership is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only.
You agree not to share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Membership and Content lawfully and respectfully.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All Content within George’s Diaries is the property of EBH.club and/or its author.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission.

5. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
The Membership is billed on a monthly basis.
If recurrin$14.95/month, your Membership will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances except the following:

Accidental or duplicate billing
Verified technical failure preventing access that cannot be resolved

There are no refunds for:

Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with content
Lack of use
Partial use of the Membership

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving any right to refunds except as explicitly stated above.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not result in a refund for any prior payments.

Access will continue until the end of the current billing period (if applicable).

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing this Membership, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EBH.club to attempt resolution.

Any chargeback initiated in violation of this agreement may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Additional fees or collection actions to recover losses
8. Content Availability Disclaimer

EBH.club does not guarantee any specific frequency, quantity, or type of Content.

Content may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

9. Access & Technical Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Membership.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Maintenance
Updates
Technical issues beyond our control
10. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Your participation in this Membership is voluntary.

You assume full responsibility for:

Your use of the Content
Any decisions or actions taken based on the Content

EBH.club, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Membership.

11. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership without notice if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior
You attempt to share or distribute Content

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to violation.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or access this Membership.

13. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
